產品(pǐn)結構點 Characteristics of the Products

●內模(mó)式壓(yā)樣，壓頭行程100毫(háo)米(mǐ)。可用(yòng)於硼(péng)酸，鋼環(huán)，鋁(lǚ)杯，塑環(huán)等各類壓(yā)樣(yàng)方式(shì)，適用範圍廣，作穩定。 Adopted internal mould sample-press, pressure head travel is 100 mm. The products can be used for various kinds of sample-pressing methods such as boric acid, steel ring, aluminum cup, plastic ring etc., with characteristics of broad scope of application and stable working.
●有(yǒu)的緩加(jiā)壓(yā)，慢退(tuì)模(mó)程序(xù)更有利於(yú)保(bǎo)證壓樣合(hé)格(gé)率，提壓(yā)樣樣量。 With specific programs of slow pressurization and slow mould-release, the products are favorable to ensure acceptance rate of sample-press, improve sample quality of sample-press.
●別的(dí)集成液壓(yā)管道(dào)模塊不(bù)僅使組(zǔ)裝更加(jiā)方便，而且減少了(liǎo)漏(lòu)油機會。 With integrated hydraulic pipe block being specially designed, it not only makes assembling easier, but also reduces the chance of oil leak.
●加(jiā)厚的(dí)油(yóu)箱蓋板使油(yóu)泵(bèng)和電(diàn)磁閥的(dí)動(dòng)作噪(zào)音更(gēng)小。 With thickening oil-tank cover-board, it makes acting noise of oil pump and solenoid valve smaller.
●采(cǎi)用(yòng)由可控矽集成的固態(tài)模(mó)塊替代傳統(tǒng)的(dí)接觸器避(bì)免了(liǎo)由於電機頻(pín)繁啟(qǐ)動(dòng)而引起(qǐ)的各類故障(zhàng)，有效(xiào)提了該分(fēn)的使用(yòng)壽命。 Adopted solid-state block of integrated silicon controlled to replace traditional contactor, it avoids various kinds of troubles caused by frequent starting of motor and efficiently increases service life of this section.
●繼電器控製(zhì)分(fēn)采用印刷板焊接(jiē)結構，減少了控(kòng)製箱的接綫(xiàn)，提了(liǎo)電器(qì)控(kòng)製(zhì)的可(kě)靠性。 The Control section of relay is adopted the welding structure of printed circuit board, it reduces wiring of control box, improves reliability of electric control.
●控(kòng)製(zhì)電(diàn)源采(cǎi)用低壓(yā)24V，作更(gēng)加安(ān)可靠。 Control power source is fully adopted low-voltage of 24V, which makes work safer and more reliable.
